Floor Coverings International Chandler-Gilbert

We had a floors done a few years ago we have been reaching out about our floors cracking and coming up. We have had contact with them and they are waiting on the flooring and preparing to fix our floors.

After a long and frustrating hunt to find a reliable tile installer, we came across Floor Coverings International. They were quick to respond, quick to schedule, and showed up for a consultation when they said they would. They over-communicated and were so helpful. We worked with Brooke and she was fantastic. She gave great insight and went above and beyond to make things easier for us. We appreciated the extra work put in by her. They were able to schedule our installation relatively quick compared to other companies we had quote our job and then bumped us up even sooner when someone else needed to reschedule. We were thrilled to get done even sooner. The after installation care has been top notch so far as well. We had a couple of things we wanted fixed and Brooke helped us facilitate that quickly as well. You get what you pay for and we are glad we paid a little more to get a lot more and we now have peace of mind that they’ll stand by their work should anything go wrong in the future, although we don’t think we’ll have any problems. Hector did a fantastic job with our installation.

Professional turf install in my back yard. This company was nothing but up front. They didn't try to pass themselves off with a slick sales pitch. There was no pressure. The told me, they're not the cheapest, but they're not the most expensive, and to shop around. I got several quotes. They actually were one of the least expensive ones, and that's because they are not a contractor just trying to get extra money out of a person. Contractors that came to give me quotes were very fake, had no customer service, and tried to tell me my sq footage was more than it was and gave me outrageous quotes like I don't know how big my yard is. Floor Coverings International was honest and the utmost of professional. I had a terrible, terrible pest-grade weed problem in my backyard. Solved. The turf was done quickly in one morning. Over a year later, no weeds are coming up. The turf looks wonderful, and my yard is actually super cute. This company has made-in-the-USA products, which other companies did not. When I asked about it with other companies, they pooh-pooh'd it like, oh, that's so unnecessary to care about, and balked that USA product was no better. No, actually, you just offer cheap product, and you're irritated that I put you on the spot. Also, none of the other companies/contractors I had come and give me quotes offered a single warranty or guarantee, unlike Floor Coverings International. Plus, while I have never served in our armed forces, this company honors those who have. Lastly, I had a major health emergency come up in my family, and Floor Coverings International was beyond understanding and worked with me to get my turf paid off. There is not one promise they made that they didn't keep, including the quality of their product and workmanship. I have already recommended them to people I know. Now, I'm recommending them to you.

Our family had the great privilege to meet and work with Brooke on a recent floor installation for our family room. The mobile approach in working with Floor Coverings International was a key factor for us. Seeing the product next to our furniture and in the natural lighting of our home was excellent. Brooke sought out our preferences and goals for this installation and then promptly brought in multiple samples matching our thoughts. What was most helpful to me, however, were the insights, suggestions and considerations that Brooke’s expertise brought into our final decision. The installation was timely, and those removing the old floor of carpet and pad methodically installed our new floor with precision and professionalism. We are very pleased. Have already requested new quotes from Brooke on other places in our home. This is a quality company providing a high caliber product. I highly recommend Brooke for your new flooring. She came to my home and made it so easy to select what flooring looked best within my budget. She is so friendly and knowledgeable and wasn't high pressure at all. Everything showed up on time and the installer did a great job too. Everything looks amazing!

Amazing customer service!!! Deb and her team helpful and fun to work with. The quality of the workmanship was beyond my expectations. The installers were very pleasant and very hardworking. They were very respectful of my home. The only hiccup was they had to start a day late due to manufacturer shipping. While I was not happy, the owner called me first thing in the morning to explain the situation. They started the next day and still completed the project in my timeline and the flooring is beautiful.

I have worked with Debra and Floor Coverings International of Chandler numerous times for sponsorships and partnerships, and she has always been incredible to work with. She is incredibly generous, professional, and responsive. Most of my dealings with Debra have been in my role as the Development Director at Valley Christian Schools, but she would absolutely be my first call if my wife and I were in the market for new flooring at our home. She has been supportive of our golf fundraisers, our auction, etc, and I've seen her charitable heart outside of VCS, as well. I know a half dozen families who have used Floor Coverings because of their purchases in our auction and other fundraisers, and their reviews are all universally positive.

Carpet not installed as promised. I purchased new carpet. They were to remove carpet and furniture before my painter painted the rooms. One guy came to remove and he could not move the cabinet by himself. Speaking to owner, I requested the cabinet be removed and it do not happen the next day as requested. It took two emails and a phone call to reschedule the carpet install. I received an email from the owner, Debra, on 7/26 saying: "I assure you that the crew will do a great job for you, and will move all of the furniture." Carpet install to be done two hours ago and now the owner wants to reschedule me for Monday morning.... This is not acceptable communication or service. I would not recommend this company. Now what do I do?

We always expect everything to go perfectly but it rarely does. To me the true sign of an excellent company is when things go wrong and they solve the problem at no cost or time lost. Yes, there were a couple of issues, but the job got done on time with the proper materials at the price quoted. I would highly recommend Debra and Floor Coverings International.

We split time between our homes in Malibu and Chandler. We were looking for someone to help us with design and provide a quality installation for our Chandler home. We had heard through some friends that Floor Coverings International of Chandler-Gilbert was supplying the flooring for the Marriott in Manhattan beach. Since this is a high end property and close to our other home, we were curious and reached out to Debra. Our experience with Debra and Floor Coverings International was outstanding. Debra made some suggestions on style and what would be great for the long run vs just what is trendy today After hearing her suggestions, it quickly became apparent that she was very knowledgeable and had a passion for design. This was a large project and the installation was incredible. Her installers take pride in their work and were very nice to interact with while they were in our house. A contractor friend on mine saw the installation and was raving about the install and asking us to connect him with Debra. We were very pleased with Debra and all the other other representatives from Floor Coverings International. It was great to find a company where everyone was professional and greatly cared about us and took pride in the work.
