I work with designers on a daily basis and have been doing so for many years, Kathi is hands down the most knowledgeable designer I have worked with! She is tremendous with colors, great at finding materials and designs that fit her clients. Each job she does has its own personality, no cookie-cutter designers! And on top of that, she is a great person.

Kathi is very creative. She was able to introduce me to new and exciting design concepts. Nothing about her work is staid or ordinary. I enjoyed working with her and learning from her. When the design plans were executed, I found myself living in a condominium whose designs were beautiful, one of a kind and perfectly suited to my lifestyle. My heart skips a beat each time I walk through the front door because I am so thrilled with the home she helped to create for me.

Over the past 18 years, I have worked with Kathi Scott on remodeling several of my homes. She manages to make each space unique, functional and very beautiful. Her work is always "design forward" so my homes have maintained a fresh and up-to-date look for many years as the rest of the design world moved toward her vision. This has made selling my homes much easier and more lucrative. The level of detail and support she brings to a project is wonderful. The end result is always better than what I had originally imagined, and always a comfortable and welcoming environment. She truly provides "design you can live with"
