EcoTech offers an online submission tool, which is useful as it allows an initial written submission and narrows the follow up questions. Devin from EcoTech contacted us shortly after we submitted an online inquiry. While we weren't able to make his first suggested appointment (offered with same-morning notice), he visited the property solo to perform an initial assessment. Over the next four days we exchanged questions and answers about the project. We requested a formal quote on September 6th, but after four repeated requests over the course of five weeks we never received one. We eventually tracked down another contractor.
