What a wonderful business to work with! Everyone in the office was very helpful and polite. Installers Jason N and Galen B showed up on time and checked each piece as they brought it in. Jason even saw something that didn’t look right, called his boss, sent pictures and corrected the issue. What a pleasure to work with!

The staff, Hope and others, answered all my questions. They have extensive knowledge of the products they sell, and the processes of installation of the product. I was amazed how smooth everything went, they give you a time line of what is to happen , and keep to that time line. The installers, Josh and Travis, were excellent . Not only in the installation, but in the removal of the old counter top, and the clean-up as well. I highly recommend D.M. & G.

Tiffany and her team were patient and so helpful. We looked at quartzite at Distinctive Marble and Granite and a competitor. I was struggling with finding the right look and price for 3 slabs. Our contractor, HD Renovation, talked with Tiffany and she found our perfect stone! Once I saw it, I knew it was "the one." We approved the templates on Friday, they were delivered Monday! Awesome service and a beautiful result.

We have had a great experience so far with DM&G. Our sales person has been very helpful and worked with us on a multiple room project. I am still waiting for installation, but this is at my preference as well; based on my experience so far I expect things to go smoothly.

I would not recommend Distinctive Granite for the following reasons. The fabricator cut the backsplash three quarters of an inch to short. He placed the sinks in a position where the trap plumbing is touching the drawer rail inside the cabinet. The installers had to borrow my tools to do the job and then they left a razor blade on the bedroom carpet. Luckily I saw one of our dogs sniffing it and got it from her before she got hurt. And lastly the customer service could improve by discussing things you do provide and not dwell on the tasks you don't provide. Your prices for other tasks are so outrageous no one in their right mind you use your company. I would never recommend your company to anyone and will be searching for another company to replace the granite in our kitchen. Edward and Patricia Kallay
