February 2015: Let us remove that useless guest bath tub and surround and install a beautiful Shower unit without modifying the drain location. Placed an order. Drove an hour to pick out color and dimensions. Was told it would be ready on a certain date. On that date I called and they had no record of my order. Worse, they didn’t seem to care.
