Delia guided me in the process of selecting fabrics for window coverings and rugs. The window treatments were completed in a timely manner and then Delia personally supervised the installation. I have been very satisfied with everything.

This is the third house that Spradley Interiors has helped me with interior design. In my new house, Delia has been involved with all aspects of floor, countertop, paint, lighting and hardware selections. IShe had great ideas on how to tweak the floorplan. Delia has a great eye and can make your "old" stuff look brand-new! She knows when to go under budget, but also when and where it's important to spend more to make your big statement!

We hired Delia to do a complete remodel of our entire home and guest house. She handled every aspect from design to construction. She is dedicated and professional. She worked to understand what we wanted and what our budget was. Her crews are the best I have ever encountered. The job was massive and they completed it on time and on budget. She personally was on site every day and her crew showed up on time and work all day. Her long time relationships in the industry allowed her to upgrade many of the materials we used for the cost many would have charged for lesser products. Our house was completely transformed and we could not be happier with the result.

Delia Spradley is the most professional interior designer I know. She is dedicated and determined to meet deadlines even when it means working extra long hours to stay on schedule. Her up to date awareness of the current atmosphere in the design world presents an attitude of confidence within Delia and her artistic eye and creativity shines when she enters a room. She spends necessary hours with her clients studying not only their lifestyles but ultimately what they desire to achieve for the end result. Her warm, friendly nature sets the stage for a long-term relationship. Even after the job is completed and the workers have left the site, Delia remains for now she is a friend. She remembers the important details of not only the job but also the people and the things going on in their world.

We have used Delia twice for projects at our home in Canyon Lake. The first time was in 2012 and most recently in August of 2015. The first time Delia did some interior decorating for us that consisted of selecting furniture, ordering the custom made furniture, paint color selections and measuring, ordering and installing custom blinds. Most recently we had her come out again to add some additional custom blinds and help with color selection for the outside of our home. She uses quality contractors and suppliers. In fact one of the blinds was lower quality that I didn't even notice but her installer saw. So the supplier shipped out a replacement immediately! Her decorating ideas were perfect for our home's overall design and in fact added to the overall look of our home. I would highly recommend her and will use her again!

I worked with Delia on 2 different homes. She has a great eye and listens well to your vision and then presents options and suggestions. She interprets your dream and vision and brings it to fruition in a timely manner. She was prompt, thorough and a delight to work with and I look forward to working with her again soon!

Delia did an amazing job helping me decorate my 6500 sq foot home in the Houston, Texas area. She successfully achieved exactly the "look" I had in mind. She is creative, and innovative, and proved to be very respectful of my budget. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking help with their interior decorating. Delia made suggestions for window treatments in my family living and dining spaces that included things that I had not thought of, but now, with the finished product, I absolutely love! She was able to select and show me choices of fabric that met my desired look and saved me hours of frustration of searching for the right one among hundreds of samples, which to me was huge. I found her suggestion of making the treatments double sided with a complementary fabric that can easily be turned around for seasonal use a great idea, plus we added accent pillows for my sofa and chairs using the same fabric. She provided excellent design and installation information, as well as the exact cost, and met her stated deadline perfectly. I enjoyed working with Delia and hope to use her expertise in more interior design projects around my home!

We hired Spradley Interiors to renovate our Master Bath. We were overall impressed with the result. Delia personally managed the renovation and it was completed in a reasonable time, actually quicker than I expected. Our bathroom looks like a picture from a design magazine. The tile-work was first rate. Two things we did not like were: (1) the cabinets, sink, and granite were not high quality in our opinion, and (2) Delia's pricing was haphazard; she originally presented me with a bill that was $5,000 higher than it should have been. Overall, we thought the price was a little high for the job, although we do not have a lot of experience in renovations.

I hired Delia for a design consultation for my new home in Fair Oaks Ranch. She was very professional and personable as she went room by room, giving me lots of great ideas of what she recommended to make each area look it's best. I gave her a budget of how much I wanted to spend and she scheduled another appointment a few weeks later to come back to my home to install and arrange wall decor, greenery and floral arrangements, decorative towels for all the bathrooms and a few new pieces of furniture. My house now looks like the home that I can enjoy living in and entertaining in. I highly recommend Spradley Interiors and will call Delia again next time I need expert design services.
