Specialized in residential construction & working with homeowners to get from concept to contractor. Over the years working with residential engineers before and during a project with the contractor, an understanding of existing structure can be visualized before beginning the design. A great experience serving the triangle area for eighteen years and the coast for five, in both new construction and renovations, has given me a deep appreciation for North Carolina.
