Installation not done the way it was supposed to be. Estimator did not relay what we wanted to installer. We did not want any quarter rounds so they said you would need a sub floor to bring the floor up high enough. So we said ok. I got home floor was installed in a day the flooring doesn’t go to the cabinets or wood work in some places you have to use quarter rounds! So after a $800.00 subfloor I still need quarter rounds! I called and expressed my displeasure and they sent the installer over to look at it. He said nobody told him I didn’t want quarter rounds so he wasn’t worried about the edges. He said he was sorry but nothing he could do about it. If they would have communicated I would have a beautifully installed floor. Love the flooring just not the way it was installed!
