About Us

DXT Studio is a Toronto-based collective of designers and creatives, the brainchild of Philip De Barros (INTOR Construction) and Sarah Townson (Brick Row) after a ten-year working relationship. DXT provides full-service interior design for residential and boutique commercial clients in the GTA. With a background in luxury and multi-residential projects and the other foot set firmly in reality, DXT works with any budget and an eclectic, livable aesthetic.

We had the pleasure of working with Sarah at DXT studio for our whole home renovation project. Right from the beginning, Sarah was able to capture our style and we trusted her vision throughout the entire renovation process which spanned over a year. We are so happy with the outcome and wouldn’t have changed a single thing from the initial space planning right down to every last finish. Sarah was responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. She went above and beyond to ensure that every last detail was taken care of and we couldn’t be happier with the results. DXT Studio, and especially Sarah were an absolute dream to work with. We had a really hard time conceptualizing our space and though we had a sense of what we wanted, Sarah managed to completely draw it out of us and realize it in spectacular fashion. We enjoyed every aspect of the process. From the casual and comfortable feeling of our first design meeting to her recommendations of supporting suppliers, site planning, budget controls and decor selections. The end product is spectacular and we couldn't be happier with our experience.
