Very helpful, thorough, and responsive. She knows her stuff. I do a lot of home flips, and I don't worry about the cabinet portion of the renovation cause I know I can count on her.

We loved working with Elizabeth for our kitchen remodel. She was very professional and knowledgeable. We had her layout our kitchen several different times, she was always pleasant and was able to offer suggestions to make it work better. Once we ordered and received our cabinets, the one cabinet that came in damaged was ordered promptly. At the end of the project we were able to return extra mouldings with no hassle.

Elizabeth has been awesome throughout the kitchen design process. Lowe's has a gem of an employee in her. Elizabeth's customer service skills are stellar. I can only hope my employees are as good.

My husband and I met with Elizabeth to discuss our new kitchen. We were in the process of remodeling a 1937 farmhouse - the house where I grew up. My husband and I are retiring to this home. We had ideas but were unable to come up with a plan for the kitchen. Elizabeth was so knowledgeable and was able to help us incorporate our ideas into a kitchen that we both love! She gave us ideas when asked, but completely respected our thoughts and ideas. We were able to call her with questions and I am a worrier and she was able to free me of worrying over how the kitchen would turn out. I would highly recommend Elizabeth to others planning a kitchen.

Elizabeth is always wear a smile on her face. She is honest, when she does not have the answers she works at it till she find the answer. She told us the steps that we should take and she helped us connect with the carpenter(Tony Shoesmaker and his father.) and the top Master people too. She let us know when she was gone on vacation. She followed up on us. She made sure that we understand and we can ask any questions. We are very pleased with her service and would recommend her to friends. We appreciate her and we enjoy our new kitchen. San&Sineerat Jittawait
