Les is an excellent architect! When I needed help with getting planning permission for my glamping pods, he was my go-to guy. Not only did he know all the local regulations inside and out, but he was also on top of getting all the necessary surveys done. Les didn't just agree with whatever the planning officer said - he challenged them when needed and really advocated for me. From putting together detailed bids to surveying potential builders' work, he guided me through the whole process professionally. What I really appreciated was how available Les made himself for my questions. His responses were always prompt, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. He'll give you honest advice without any nonsense and his opinions are unbiased. Les is highly skilled at what he does and his pricing is very reasonable. It's refreshing to find someone so competent who also charges fairly. When it came time to get planning for my garage conversion, Les handled all the revisions I requested seamlessly. His drawings were incredibly detailed and thorough. I can't recommend Les highly enough. Whether it's glamping pods or garage conversions, he's simply the best in the business. This is the second time I have used Landmark Designs for relatively small projects. The first project other architects advised me it was not possible to do what I was looking. This was never in question with Landmark Designs. From the outset there was lots of advise on designs and products and where best to locate the products. Recommendations were also made for builders of which I have no complaints. From start to finish all aspects were sorted by Les which certainly helps when still working. To sum up if I had any problem with Landmark Designs during the first project then I would not have used them on the second occasion. I would highly recommend Landmark Designs to anyone.

I hired Les of Landmark Designs to draw the plans for my house as I wanted an energy efficient home and knew that he also had a great interest in eco builds. He led us through each stage with patience and endless good advice. This was our first time to build our home and his knowledge and professialism were invaluable. We purchased this house in 2008. We found it was designed to the highest manner to engage with the countryside its located in. The design of the house used every bit of sunlight in each room and we haven't found one aspect of it that we do not like or feel needs improved. We would certainly use Landmark Design if we were to build a house again.
