Ordered a 30" shaker vanity cabinet in white. Product came unassembled with poor directions. I did not get the product I ordered. It was damaged, and it wasn’t fully realized until half way through the difficult assembly. Following partial set up we realized there were too many broken pieces. Obviously the product was not inspected prior to packing and I purchased a broken product.. Reported the issue, emailed pictures and company has avoided phone calls since then. They finally agreed to a refund but require me to pay for shipping product back. They will not Guarantee a refund for $200 in shipping costs. They boast about their SATISFACTION GUARANTEED but never answer the phone except the first time I ordered. Would definitely not recommend buying anything from this company.

Commented: where and what type of tops do you haveWe do not provide tops for our items but this particular item is a very common size. You should be able to fine a countertop for this item with just a quick search.

Commented: HOW LONG BEFORE IT IS BACK IN STOCK AND ARE THEY SOLID WOOD?We hope to have this item back in stock soon. The door and face frame are sold birch and the rest of the cabinet is Grade A Plywood.
