this company was the best. Came out the next day to estimate project cost. Next day received the bid. Had a cancelation and was out next working day and completed the job on time. Listens to all your needs and concerns and took care of everyone of them. Highly efficient, clean, and knows his craft. Would hire him again and would strongly give my highest recommendation in hiring this company.

I had Excellent Floors/Kipp Au refinish my wood floors on the first floor and add them upstairs in my master and landing areas in January of 2019. I originally had them installed when my home was new in 2001 and this was the first time they had been refinished. I though they looked good before, but seeing them after Kipp finished made me realize how much better they should look. What I liked was that Kipp was there every day and everything he told me about the process was true! When they were originally installed, I was cleaning sawdust for a year! Kipp told me that this would not be as messy because of the machines he used. While I doubted him at first, he was right!. And his guys were so clean, I was and am VERY happy with their work. Thanks Excellent Floors (Kipp) for being on-time every day, keeping my house clean and being great communicators. I was always in the loop. These guys are true professionals!

Kipp was extremely professional in my dealings with him. He gave me a timetable on getting the job done and met that deadline. The quality of his work was excellence and his suggestions on how to lay the floor were much appreciative. His pricing was competitive and the quality of the product was great.
