He was dedicated to the job. Responsible in meetings and extremely patient and creative with the project, which he completed exactly as promised for the fee he agreed to. He went way above and beyond with us. Last, he has great software skills which made it perfectly fine to do this as a "distance" project. Excellent.

We worked with Mark on a new garage. Boise North End with all it's rules and regulations doesn't make it easy, but he helped us maximizing the usability and space adding a studio on top of the slots for our cars. We really hope the contractors can make it as good looking as Mark was drawing it. With framing done so far the building looks great and we can't wait to make full use of it. Great job!

Mark Wagner was the most thorough, knowledgeable, design professional that we have ever worked with. I am retired after 31 1/2 years as a full time realtor and Mark meet all my expectations.
