My husband and Inare remodeling our basement. Our builder recommended Fireplace Wafehouse. We arrived about 10 minutes before closing but Faye welcomed us and stayed almost an hour after closing to help us choose a fireplace. Faye helped us to stay within our budget but we still found a BEAUTIFUL fireplace that was just what we were looking for! Faye was very knowledgeable and she has wonderful custermer service abilities! Also she was always prompt at getting back to us if we had any questions. We are new to the Denver area and it was such a blessing to have someone so knowledgeable and kind to help us to choose our new fireplace!

HORRIBLE experience. Cost exceeded estimate, recommended subcontractor grossly overcharged, installation was performed by inexperienced, young people, and property damage was significant, damage to newly painted walls, fireplace hearth, newly poured concrete driveway (oil drips from truck), and $1,200 in damaged roof tiles.

Excellent service and staff! So glad I found this place. My salesperson Rob helped answer all of my questions and even gave me extra helpful info that influenced my final decision. All while considering my budget and not taking me over. I had planned on purchasing online and installing myself. Very happy I decided not to, and choose to have Fireplace Warehouse install for me. Their installers are simply AMAZING! Shawn and Paul arrived on time and were so pleasant to work with. Certainly professional. They went above and beyond expectations on a very difficult install and left me with a safer home and a new fireplace. Amazingly, I got everything done in the time quoted from Rob on day one. I had a great experience and highly recommend Fireplace Warehouse!

i purchased a napoleon nz600 with wrought iron finish and chimney flue. not only did Bob save me a considerable sum of money over every other place i checked, he was very knowledgeable and he also held the fireplace until i needed it delivered (approx. 3 months) and then shipped it very promptly when i called. i would do business with him again in a heartbeat!

Terrible. My advice is to purchase a fireplace from somewhere else and save yourself the grief. After an in home measurement and paid in full quote for a fireplace and install I was told they could not do it. When I asked for a refund they said there would be a 20% restocking fee. Poor service, false bill of sale, terrible experience! Unbelievable!! You can definitely do better than tis place especially the culture and comments expressed by Zach and Amy. Michael F

They started to install a fireplace in June, the just left it. never answered phone. I wrote a letter in September asking for it to be completed, no reply , no action. they finished it in October. Late october they telephoned demanding payment of a supplementary invoice which allegedly had been sent (but never received) for extra ducting. There was no extra ducting.

Since writing my previous review, it came to my attention that the company that sold me my fireplace went out of business, and was replaced by a "new" company with the same name. I do not know the particulars, nor do I know if there are different owners. Nonetheless, when Bob Khan saw my review, he contacted me, and offered to try to make it right. He did this by paying for Grill and Fireplace Experts of Aurora to get the parts and repair my fireplace, which is now working as it should. This is greatly appreciated. I still do not know why this fireplace has been so problematic, or why it has taken so long to obtain parts. I would visit with Bob regarding future fireplace needs ( I would like to meet him.), but I doubt if I would ever consider a Napoleon product, based on its past performance.
