I am extremely disappointed in the performance of this company. I hired them to do a bathtub to shower conversion. That's it. Before finishing that (which is still not finished: the plumbing still doesn't work right and the poor tiling job has not been repaired) Jonathan Davis, GC for the company, started adding to his scope. He has never given me an appropriate change order. It is a pig in a poke as to what exactly will be done and how much it will cost. Enough is enough. I was initially told (as was the subcontractor, it would be a three or four day job. We started in the end of May. Here we are, the middle of July and still no finished contract. The first contact I have had with Mr. Davis was an invoice received yesterday. At this point, nothing more will be paid until the shower is complete and correct. Do not hire this man. He is not trustworthy and the product is terrible.
