We have worked with Furniture Concepts for about ten years on a variety of projects ranging from complex built-in upholstery, custom upholstered chairs, beds, and banquettes to name a few. They are very knowledgeable, skilled and experienced which we need to serve our clients the highest quality furnishings. As my go-to furniture maker, I am never surprised by the level of customer service and professionalism I receive with Furniture Concepts. Whenever there is a question regarding my furniture designs, I am called with a variety of possible solutions, or invited to the workroom to collaborate. Kevin is quick to offer suggestions for improving the comfort of pieces, and has even paid site visits to verify dimensions and installation options. I highly recommend Furniture Concepts if you are looking for a custom and comfortable piece of furniture.

We are a design firm in Cambridge MA. A co-worker has driven past Furniture Concepts business for 3 plus years. We were in a pickle as to who would produce a very specific iconic custom sofa for our client. This sofa is a design by our owner and has been used in many projects. When contacting the office we were in touch with Michael, he was very kind and gave us a great deal of information. Our project was needed to be complete in a very timely fashion, we contacted them the end of November for the sofa to be complete before the 25th of December. With their high volume of work Michael told me he would try his best but not sure if it was possible. He was very honest and kept us in the loop of all aspects of production. Although it did not meet our ideal completion date Michael and he team got the piece done faster than expect. Over all a great costumer experience, beautiful product and timely completion. I have used Furniture Concepts a few different times - for both re-upholstery and pillow making and they have been great for all the different projects. The quality of the work is perfect and their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
