I can’t say enough about Dennis and his team, he designed a beautiful backyard for my family and Monica and Jose made sure the project moved smoothly and quickly. From beginning to end, I experienced flexibility and reliability with the Garden District. They accommodated my time needs; they started when they said they would, and they completed an outstanding installation of turf within the time frame they promised. Was it cheap? No. Was it worth it? Absolutely! We live in a townhouse with a small backyard area that was covered by a deck. We also have no external access to that area, so everything had to go through the house, but there was no mess! They were diligent in laying down protective paper beforehand, and afterward, you couldn’t tell that debris, lumber, and materials had been hauled through the house. We couldn’t be happier with the beautiful space they provided and their attention to details, and my dogs are ecstatic

CONSUME BEWARE!!! I had probably one of the worst experiences of my life with The Garden District and specifically with the owner Dennis. Had a project of over $160,000 with them which included a custom made fountain which Dennis himself sold the idea for claiming to have the knowledge and expertise to do so. It was all lies. They had no idea how to do this, from the design phase to the build, all the way to the disastrously horrible aftermath. Workers had no idea how to make the water flow in the way that was sold in the pretty 3D Designs Dennis did. There was virtually zero communication on how to build the structure until I stepped in and demanded that Dennis direct the task himself. Even with Dennis himself here, it was still a several weeks project because of the lack of workers and commitment. After a long period of trial and error they got about 80% of what I wanted with this piece "completed" and I said it was enough. Little did I know that after I paid the last remaining money of the project and the $13,000 custom fountain the paint and silicone they used started to come apart. It took less than 1 week for the whole thing to start bleeding brown and pieces of silicone because once again, to demonstrate the absolute lack of expertise, the paint and silicone used could not be constantly exposed to water treated with chlorine. As you can see in the images, the water is completely colored due to the paint getting disintegrated by the Chlorine. The color of the water looks Green/Yellow but it is not due to any mold or algae as it had a high level of Chlorine. The original color of the big bowl was brown and you can see how ashy it looks. I tried reaching out several times to Dennis and after a couple of weeks of delaying due to bogus reasons, he simply stopped taking my calls or answering messages. The above is ignoring the multiple mishaps with the rest of the project that would have gotten them at most a three-star review. Mishaps which included, several delays, bad workmanship, and most importantly lack of supervision from The Garden District personnel over their incompetent contractors. I had to be on top of the project supervising the work when that was one of the selling factors for which I hired these people and overpaid for their work. Suffice to say that I would STRONGLY advise for you to take your money elsewhere. This is if you are doing a large project like mine or simply to pave a small driveway. Dennis is like a smooth cheap car salesman who will tell you whatever you need to hear in order to get your money and then leave his incompetent supervisors in charge of a project for which they have zero expertise or worse, do what he did to us and totally disappear.

Dennis and his team were amazing to work with. We wanted to redo our walkway and planters in front of our house. They listened to my plans and ideas and implemented them perfectly. They poured concrete to create new large steps for the walkway and installed lighting throughout the steps and created a boundary with black rocks. This is a very modern design and they handled it perfectly at a very reasonable price. Monica who is his coordinator was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

Dennis and his team did an amazing job in my patio. They are extremely professional. They delivered on schedule with a high quality level. They are paying attention to the details.

What a wonderful company to do business with!!! Their customer service is unsurpassed. They truly want the customer to be happy and satisfied with the end products and results. I would highly recommend this business. I would not hesitate to use their services again. I think it would be in your best interest to give them a chance...they are awesome!!!

Dennis , Roció and the rest of the team were excellent. They did a big patio and pool job for us and we couldn’t be happier. Dennis had great designs and suggestions to try to make our idea come to life. Junior had constant contact with us and Rocio handled all of our calls with the utmost professionalism. At the end of each day, everything was picked up and organized for the following days work. End result was a great yard for our family. I highly recommend them and definitely will call them again for another project.

The combination of the product quality and the outstanding service from Monica made it a great buy. We had the sunbrella option for added protection. I will absolutely buy again and in fact about to order for a home in Amagansett.

We were looking for a company to do a complete outdoor remodel in our home, and were so happy we found Garden District! their professionalism and input was definitely needed! Overwhelmed with so many choices, the 3D Design helped to really see what the space would look like. We wanted our backyard to go with our beautiful view of the intercoastal, and make the space a little more cozy. Dennis designed a new landscape with more tropical plants, a sitting area with a water fountain, and lighting by dock with planters. We also needed to update our pool so he completely remodeled it with a waterfall and beach entry we love to relax in. They also built us a white gazebo for dining outdoors with the perfect outdoor kitchen for my husband's bday coming up. These guys have everything you will need for a complete renovation. We look forward now to spending more time in our own backyard with family this Summer. Thank you Garden District Team for all of your hard work!!!

We hired The Garden District to just redo our pool and outside flooring. Dennis is very good at putting the vision in a visual way that we can make better decisions. After working with Dennis and his team, we ended up adding a waterfall, firepit, benches in the pool, a pergola, artificial turf, landscaping. It all looks absolutely beautiful! And the images were sent to us every step of the way. We now have an awesome retreat during this quarantine. Thanks to all his team.
