EBERTS HEATING AND COOLING

We needed to replace our heating and cooling system. While getting different quotes we decided to go with Eberts. Gary spent s lot of time with us evaluating our needs. When the servicemen arrived we were impressed with how professional they were. They were respectful of our home and our pets. They arrived on time and finished on time. We definitely made the right decision by selecting Eberts. Would highly recommend Eberts to anyone who has a heating or cooling needs

We needed a new ac unit and scheduled two businesses for an estimate.After meeting with the owner, who did our estimate, my husband and I decided to cancel the other appointment and use Eberts, even after discussing that we didn't know where we'd get the better price. He was very thorough, explained everything he did to measuring our square footage and why, and even answered questions I had about other items in our utility room that had nothing to do with the job he'd come to do. We ended up replacing our air conditioning unit and furnace to a unit that works together and so far our electric bill has been half the amount it was last year at this time, with us able to leave ac on all day for the kids during the summer, while last year our worn out unit had to be turned off. He gave us great advice, was completely honest, and straight to the point. We decided to use Eberts after the first meeting, just because of the impression we had of the company. We were right! Everything was installed quickly, they were respectful of our house and didn't do any damage, and called for a follow up appointment, at no charge, to be sure everything settled right and worked as explained. Very satisfied! I've only written a couple reviews, and its only when I've been very impressed.
