Working with Gerrod and his crew at Delta Home Improvement was a great experience. A home remodel that began with moving one wall turned in to a complete gut. Without his design and construction expertise we would have been in big trouble. They carefully walked us through each stage of the project in a design build capacity and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We hired Gerrod to care for the framing and general contracting of our Beachhouse remodel in Carlsbad. Gerrod did a great job and was on top of all phases of the project. The workmanship was very high-quality and the price was very reasonable.
