Deeck has prompt service. After that it is all downhill. They will replace parts you don't need in order to run up your bill. This happened to me when they coerced a friend of mine who was renting my house for the summer to pay over $450 total to replace a $10 part. They had replaced the wrong part initially and when they came back the next day to replace the correct part, they charged for an additional visit. I went to them to discuss the second day's charges which I did not authorize or approve. They offered to refund the full amount while removing the parts replaced and putting me back without AC. However, I grudgingly accepted, had the parts replaced, and delivered them back to Deeck later that day to save them the trouble. Deeck then reneged on the deal we had agreed to and refused to honor the refund. Legitimate businesses stand by their word and do not operate this way. Including time off from work dealing with this, I am out approximately $700 at this point. Please do not make my mistake. There are plenty of quality HVAC businesses to choose from in the area; I no longer consider Deeck Mechanical to be in that group.

One of the greatest HVAC and electrical contractors I have ever had do work for me. Very conscience of cost to the customer and has top notch equipment.
