Gosselin He launched Gosselin Design brand to provide home designs with high quality craftsmanship, remodeling projects to increase the homes sale value while utilizing the homes existing classical features. Gosselin Italian architect having more than fourteen years of experience using knowledge of engineering and architectural practices, construction technology, building materials and equipment, project architectural design and in particular having experience setting up project financing’s operations to develop derogated areas. Our vision: To preserve the past, we need buildings that fit our future. I have learned, to understand, that people feel emotionally attached to buildings. It may be because it evokes a personal memory; has the great weight of history attached to it; or specific unique features, but whatever the reason, any attempt to change the building can bring forth a wave of protest. If you have a building that doesn't work for your purpose, we have to come to a new understanding about the buildings heritage. We have to recognize that we shouldn't ride roughshod over past architectural delights. But we also have to make our buildings living, breathing, centers of the our lives and our communities while being useful for modern living. Changes done thoughtfully and respectfully can be positive. Yes there may be a danger of going too far and we need to be on our guard for that. So we need a better dialogue between all interested parties about how we can make sure we preserve the best of the past to the benefit of the future.
