We had a great experience with this company. The owner personally worked with us on the pricing and made our new furnace install fit our budget. The service was prompt, installers arrived the next day. installers Alex and Jasper, were neat and knowledgeable and our home is warm. We encourage others to use this company they are family owned and very personable.

Had Green City out in May to work on our air conditioner. $1,600 later it was working.... for about a month. When we contacted them they told us we could pay them to come out and run diagnostics. Really!!! Is there no warranty on their work. I don't plan on using them again, and I would recommend that you avoid them too.

Extremely happy with Green City Heating. We needed a new gas furnace (converting from an oil furnace) and we needed additional heating and cooling options for our second floor very badly. Our house dimensions and setup presented enough challenges to be a bit of a pain in the rear but the owner, Jeff, helped us figure out the best solution for our needs and Alex and Matt, the guys who did the work, were great at problem solving the install. We ended up with a new furnace installed, gas line for a kitchen range plumbed, and a ductless heating and AC unit installed for our second floor. They were great guys who did a very professional, neat job with two dogs and a toddler on their heels. No problems at all from start to finish, great communication, and Jeff followed up to make sure we were happy. We are!

At first I was on the fence about getting a central AC system installed into my house. I made an appointment with a few companies to get quotes and more information. Green City sent Mike to my house and i was impressed by how knowledgable he was and understanding that I was on the fence about this big purchase. Green City had great customer service and quickly after booking with Mike I had an install crew at my house (who were also very nice and knowledgable about the installation). They followed up and made sure everything was up to my standard after the install as well. Very helpful and great customer service from start to finish. They made the process much easier then i believed it would be.
