We had 18 bay windows installed by this company in 2014 The product itself seems to be very good quality, although follow up and meeting warranty terms has become a big issue. The leakage through the windows has happened in 4 cases and repaired in 2 only, the issue was installation faults. Remaining issues that seems to be with the windows itself has not been repaired and sales rep is extremely hard to reach and have them come to evaluate the issue. I am trying to find manufacture contact as we suppose to have 30 years warranty

Hello Anastasiya, thank you for taking the time to review our business. As per the letters that were sent to your Condo Association in May 2014 and in August 2014 there are two reports, before and after any work was done on the windows, providing proof of extensive damages to your roof. Members of the board were advised before and after any work on the windows, that without extensive roof repairs, there are structural problems that might cause leakages. Our recommendations to repair the roof before doing any work on the windows were denied by the board. We apologize for any discomfort that this has resulted in for you and your family but at the time, we could not go beyond what the board members will agree to or mandate us to do. Very recently, we were contacted by your Condo Association board in regards to the repairs needed to your roof. We are currently in discussions with the board to that effect.
