Commented: I love the backsplash shelf! What is the depth and how is it secured? Hey Nate, it's a blackened steel shelf with an L bracket that fits behind the backsplash. It's about 6 inches in depth. Hope that's helpful!

Commented: Can you tell me the square footage of the Brownstone Townhomes Average footprint per floor is about 20' x 40'. We work with a lot of Brooklyn Brownstone renovations and while it varies, that's a pretty close estimate. Hope that helps!
