Heritage Builders, LLC

We planned to hire Heritage to build our home. We worked with them for several months and really liked them. However, just before signing the contract to get the construction under way, they all of the sudden tell us they dont have time for our project. We were extremely disappointed. They knew timing was critical for us. For this reason, we believe this was an excuse to get out of our project because they didnt want to provide the transparency on costs that we requested. We can only assume they didnt want to provide that transparency because something shady was going on. Not only did their last minute decision not to build for us leave us with no builder at the last minute, but we were out several hundred dollars spent on preparations for the build such as deposits on storage units, etc.

Heritage Builders gave us a superior house in a location that was very challenging to build on. We really appreciated the communication involved with all aspects of the process, including their use of BuilderTrend to provide project status and allow for selections while we were out of town. The overall process was smooth and allowed for our input on all aspects of the build. The project manager was very responsive and made sure that we were taken care of. All of the subcontractors that we met with were very professional and accommodating, especially the paint crew. Cabinets are beautiful. Definitely recommend Heritage Builders if you are looking.
