Herzog Kitchen & Bath

This is my 3rd project with Herzog Kitchen and Bath. They have done a wonderful job on my kitchen , Guest and Master bathroom. The design team is creative and they helped you every step of the way. My favorite part I would say is going to pick out the Granite. Heather was very helpful in guiding us in the right direction to make everything flo. The install crew Ryan and Matt, they are amazing. They pay attention to detail and they do a phenomenal job keeping our house clean at the end of each work day.So at the end of the day i am more then happy with my decision to hire Herzog for my home renovation.

We had a great experience with HKB and loved the final product. We had a unique situation where our products were already purchased, and we were mid-renovation with a moving deadline in our master bath when we contacted HKB. The team was more than accommodating and patient as we were in transition between houses. As they happen with remodels, there were a few hiccups (homeowner mistakes with misfit products being purchased or forgotten pieces), but HKB were happy to fill the gaps we left. I loved my bathroom remodel but even more appreciate the professionalism, flexibility, and understanding this company provided.

I hate to have to write this but potential new customers need to be warned. First, loved the design and install crew. First piece of advice - DO NOT sign the contract requiring full payment at "completion" of job. I knew better and did it. Add the clause to hold a % until you agree project is complete! Here we are a year later and STILL waiting for a correct panel for my 40K kitchen. They say they are in a legal battle with the manufacturer for payment (?? that is not my problem, I paid and want my kitchen complete). Second note - TERRIBLE communication from Debbie Herzog. I can't tell you how many times I have called and left messages and even stopped by. SHE NEVER RETURNS MY CALLS! Very unprofessional! I am reasonable and expect at least a return call with updates. When I speak to her in person, because I have to actually catch her at the store, she is super nice and gives lots of lip service and promises but does not actually follow through. I am very upset with the way they/she is conducting her professional side of business!!!

All employees were professional, friendly and fun. Excellent quality of work and attention to every detail. Project was finished close to expected timeframe. Originally I thought the cost was a little on the high side, but then again I wasn't required to do a thing which was one of my goals! I will and have recommended them.
