UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT HIRE. Project took 3 months that shouldve taken a couple weeks. Argues with customers and makes decisions without asking. Comes and goes as he pleases. Sub par craftsmanship.

I had a foyer remodeled with ceramic tile done by this company and they did an excellent job. They ran into some problems but were able to take care of them and the foyer turned out beautiful. Even when we decided to make a slight alteration to a part of the design they had no problem going along with it. They are professional and they do great work. I would definitely recommend them.

In January of 2018, I contracted with Highest Integrity Services to install red oak hardwood flooring in our living room. The process included gathering several quotes for the project. I said "yes" to Highest Integrity for the following reasons: *Owner, David Hoover, immediately responded to home visit and quote request. * After home visit, David put the quote together. The quote included removal of carpet, padding, tack strips and staples, flooring prep, flooring installation, stain matching. *David's team also fixed squeaky areas prior to installation of tounge & groove solid red oak flooring. *Flooring was stained and varnished prior to installation. David also made an extra home visit to help select a stain that came close to matching existing hardwood flooring. *Team who installed the hardwood floor treated our home as if it was their home! There was an unexpected issue that surfaced when they removed the carpet and discovered something previous home builder did not address years ago. It was handled with ease and great problem solving. *David supervised the project ensuring all went according to project specifications and timeline. *The cost of this project was reasonable, and it allowed the home project to be completed this year. Some of the other quotes did not include the quality follow-up and details offered by Highest Integrity Services. I would recommend anyone considering a home project, to include Highest Integrity Services as one of their comparison quotes in order to experience the genuine and quality process offered by this company.

Fantastic company. Did complete bath remodel and retained services for basement remodel this coming spring. Bathroom was gutted and tub replaced with custom walk in shower. Didn’t end job until everything was perfect.

Remodeled my kitchen. New flooring, new amish cabinetry, new granite counter top, new lighting, new appliances. Removed a wall (load bearing) to get an open concept between the kitchen and an adjoining room.

They did a compete shower install and main bathroom commode. They will return to install another commode this month that I just purchased. They were very professional, labor friendly and complete cleanup and removal. Recommend them highly.

Highest Integrity Services created a totally new master bathroom for us, complete with Amish-built modern all-wood cabinets, updated fixtures, faux marble counters, and best of all, an amazing walk-in tub with aroma therapy, light therapy, whirlpool and air jet technology. Really helps with the arthritis I'll tell you. The new floating floor looks and feels like tile not vinyl, everything about the room including the new two tone paint is remarkable. Over the years they have installed new handrails for steep stairs where none were before, same for an expanded wooden landing with new handrails; an on-demand water heater (cut our gas bill from over $300 in the winter to $79/mo now). They've installed all sorts lighting and modern switches and outlets, made dozens of necessary repairs, put a 5 year water filter on our refrigerator, I could go on and on. Right now they are installing a brand new bamboo hard wood floor for us covering the entire first floor from foyer entrance to rear sliding glass door, the kitchen, and the laundry room. Did I mention the stunning lighting that wraps around the entire kitchen cabinet area? Good at HD TV installation too, you name it, soup to nuts these guys. We could not be more impressed or pleased, have never had a problem, and the price is always right, The date in the review box below is when we first hired them they are now here almost monthly, it is now 04/2016. Highest Integrity Services (HSI) completed a total renovation of my bathroom (floor, walls, tub, vanity). I would highly recommend them for the following reasons. Dave Hoover, owner of HSI, provided thoughtful recommendations in advance, but was willing to work with my final decisions and budget. As with any renovation, challenges arose and HSI dealt with each in methodical manner that actually improved the outcome over the original. The final result of the renovation transformed a forty-five year old bathroom into one that is pleasant and contemporary. Dave clearly cares about the quality of his work and his customer’s satisfaction. I highly recommend Highest Integrity Services.
