The worse place and owner you can ever deal with. Avoid them at any cost. There are many other options in Austin. As a returning customer and someone who was ready to pay for service, the owner talked to me so rudely and was making sure I dont remain his customer. Very negative approach towards customer service

It has always been a pleasure working with Dorothy of Churchills Fireplace and Patio. We have done several projects together. I really like their products. Tanner at Churchill's is our go-to source for anything fireplace related and this was the case once again for the lake house we designed in Horseshoe Bay. The heart of the home is centered around an open three-sided fireplace perfect for entertaining. In keeping with the modern aesthetic of the home, EcoSmart linear burners were a natural fit. Tanner and his team provided most excellent service throughout the selection, construction, and implementation process - even coming out to Horseshoe Bay on his day off to ensure that we had what we needed for our construction timeline. His service is above par, and beyond that is a pleasure to work with.
