Shannon designed two bathrooms for me. After completing the design, she helped me pick out everything, and placed orders with the suppliers. She then worked with my contractors throughout the installation until the entire project was complete. She is fantastic to work with. She is incredibly talented, professional, calm and patient beyond belief. Her design work is beautiful. It fit my cotemporary taste and the space so well. Her attention to detail it was what made each bathroom just stunning. The suggestions she made always turned out beautifully. I have had so many people make the comment that my master bath is the most beautiful they have ever seen. Shannon actually took over my project when the designer I was working with moved out of state. Shannon came in mid-project and never missed a beat. She enhanced the design to make it much more unique and special. The entire project still finished on time. Whenever some issue came up with a material I had picked out or a supplier that I had chosen, she was very clam and patient. She always got the issue resolved to my or my contractor’s liking. She was conscious of my budget and the project stayed within budget. Besides all that, she is just the nicest most pleasant person to work with. Finally, while there are other designers who love their jobs, you will not find a designer who has a greater passion for her career. Working with Shannon, I could not escape her enthusiasm for creating a living space that was comfortable, beautiful, and fit me to a tea. We wanted to do a full master bathroom renovation. We asked Shannon to design our new space down to the detail! Shannon's knowledge of Kohler products and the installation process made us very comfortable. We enjoyed working with her through the design process where we chose the exact bathroom we wanted. Shannon committed to making sure we were happy and kept in contact with us through it all. Now, we have the bathroom of our dreams.

We were doing a complete gut and remodel of our 8' x 9' bathroom. Shannon was extremely helpful in taking our ideas and suggesting products to achieve the look we were going for. She put together a idea board and we made adjustments from there. We selected everything through her, tile, sink, toilet, shower, fixtures, medicine cabinet and custom built vanity. The project stayed on track with her ordering materials and attention to detail.

I am a professional interior designer and have reached out to Shannon for assistance on a number of projects. Shannon is not only professional and organized, but she is truly a gifted designer who was always a pleasure to work with. Shannon designed our totally new and enlarged bathroom. She helped us assess our needs, select all the bathroom fixtures and components (including an easy access tub and other features for an aging couple), and recommend stone and tile materials, colors and patterns. She prepared the plan, professional drawings and list of components that was adopted and used by our contractor, and she promptly revised the plans when demolition of the old bathroom showed unexpected structural issues. She also was effective in advocating for us when we had a few minor disagreements with our contractor--all resolved amicably to our satisfaction. From beginning to end she was professional, conscientious and easy to deal with. We highly recommend her.
