All doors seems defective and they charge you a 15% restocking fee even though it’s their damage defective item.

We have been working on several projects in our home for the past year and a half, and Sha has been the most customer serviced focused associate we have ever worked with. We purchased a 36” vanity and a quartz top the other day, and he was so helpful and patient in helping us choose the best one for our design and needs. Andre was also awesome in helping us finish out our project design. 5 stars to Sha and Andre!

Bought a Free standing tub with Drain. The plumber installed and said the pop up toe drain didn't work as it was defective. I went back to the store, and although the sales rep didn't help, the management said they would gladly replace the drain. It came in the mail 3 days later! We love the new tub and saved a lot of money in the process!!!

Awful experience with Home Center Outlet. Cabinet order was delayed two times. When it was delivered there were mistakes that their designer made in the order. Still waiting for items to be shipped and this is a week after the original order was delivered. They expect it to be another week before these items will be delivered. HCO was paid the full price of the cabinet order up front. I would like to hear from HCO management about getting this resolved. Our delivery promise on this order was July 16. We would not use them or recommend them to others.

Home Center Outlet worked well helping us layout our kitchen cabinets, coordinating colors and design and getting the best value of our dollar. They also recommended a contractor for the installation of the cabinets, tile and trim. The contractor they recommended did an excellent job.

We had our 50 year old kitchen renovated by replacing all cabinets. Jolynn Henry worked with us to re-design our new kitchen within our budget while making some small changes that made a HUGE difference in the function of our kitchen. The options for cabinetry & countertop were endless while still using all of our current appliances. She worked with us to fit a microwave IN a cabinet vs. keeping it on the counter, thus, creating more counter space. We used AGV Constructions (referred by Jolynn/Home Center Outlet) who did an excellent job with installation. They even agreed to add on more work involving stripping/painting our walls. Cabinets came in around 3 weeks and then installation started, taking approx. 2 1/2 weeks (including waiting on CAMBRIA countertop to be measured and made/installed). We are extremely pleased with this company, Jolynn, the products, and the installation company, AGV Constructions.

Commented: Tiling the bathroomI think the additional horizontal stripe of accent tile will help balance it. Or you could remove the accent at the bottom and only do one at eye level which will simplify the design a bit. Good luck!
