Excellent company to work with. We are extremely satisfied with the gazebo. High quality product in both the steel and the screens. It is a very solid gazebo and not affected by wind. The installation was done quickly, on-time (in fact before we expected it) and in a professional manner. We were very pleased with our choice of Quality Concepts. It is a very nice looking product and we like the ability to roll back the roof in the winter to protect it from snow load.

Quality Concepts staff is professional and personable and delivered exactly the screen room , I wanted. They retro fit the screen in my existing veranda. I love my screen room.

Quality Concepts converted our screened in gazebo which is attached to our house to a screened/windowed area. The windows are unique in the manner in which they open and close. The room is the shape of a half hexagon which made the work more challenging. We were very pleased with the quality of the workmanship displayed on the project. The deadlines were met and the final price was the same as the estimate. Very personable and easy to work with employees.

Quality Concepts saved summer! They screened in the sides and also under my deck. All the workmen were very professional and respectful. They completed the job to my satisfaction and more in less than 1 day. No mess was left behind, you'd never know they were there. Their workmanship is A+++. They were always happy to answer any questions I had. Now, on a nice summer day I open the door to the deck and just leave it open. It's like I've added another room to my house! My house cats probably love it more than I do. They go out on the deck now without me having to worry about them running away.
