Worked with them for about 9 days and ended up quitting because of the owner. He has the worst attitude and was completely disrespectful to me. He cursed me out for an hour and a half because I didn't know two of the questions that he asked me (How much algicide do you put in a pool and can you backwash a cartridge filter?) and because I didn't watch enough youtube videos about pool cleaning even though he said "watch them in your free time at home" and never gave me a specific amount of videos to watch. I watched 90 minutes of videos and he called me a lazy a** and said I don't know sh*t about cleaning pools. When I explained to him that I had studying to do (For an IT Certification) and that I help my girlfriend with her homework in the afternoons he said to me "I don't give a f*ck about your girlfriends college education and I don't care about your studying!" I just can't believe the amount of disrespect this guy has for his employees. After reading some of the reviews already on Yelp I completely understand why people are saying there is a lot of employee turn over and talk about how rude the owner of this company is. I'm a hard worker and I learn quickly, that's what I've always been told by the people I work for so when someone says the opposite I know it's not true. One last thing I'd like to point out before I end this. THE PAY WASN'T ANYWHERE CLOSE TO WHAT HE SAID IT WAS! He said I would be making $2,400 a month when I actually was making $1,400 a month... so up front he completely lied to me about that and about how many hours I'd be working (it was more hours then he said it would be)... Bottom line is don't work for this company or do business with this company.

less than $1,000
Left my pool algae-ridden because there is no chlorine in it. This is the second time this has happened. Brian tried to tell me that I needed to run the pool more, but it runs 22 hours a day. Checked the chlorinator and it was empty. Tested the water, and there was zero chlorine in it. There seems to be high turnover at Blue Executive Pools, and the people they hire don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Same thing happened last year, and they corrected it. This time, I can’t get a response out of Brian.
