Commented: Hi,What material was used for the fascia? Hi Bill . This is a stained Western Red Cedar shingle. Not really a low maintenance product. I do believe you can get a fiber board shingle?

Commented: Paint/Stain Colours Please?? Hi - the stain is Broda SLT #125 heartwood on the timbers. Just a natural oil on the interior timbers. The dark stain is the same product, but an Ebony colour. Don't know about the shingles as the GC ...

Commented: What type of roofing was used? This house has a standing seam metal roof - almost any roofing contractor can do this.

Commented: What type of shingles were used/stain color, etc? Hi Stephanie. Wish I could tell you - all I know is that they are a pre-treated product from BC. We only handled the timber package, doors and some other details in this job so I don't know the rest.
