If I could give negative stars, I would. The service is terrible. The first installation didn't come with all the parts and the blind in the living room cannot be installed due to a missing bracket. You can buy it from Amazon for $10. I tried to call and email for couple times in the next two weeks. They kept pushing me back and forth for different location. Finally I got to schedule but the installation didn't show up. I have no way to but to place a chargeback. The owner Tom called me to withdraw the dispute. I agreed that after all the installation is done I would withdraw and he would refund $500. It took another 2 weeks and the installation guy eventually showed up and finished the work. However, the PowerView remote control system didn't work well. My wife phone couldn't connect to it after many tries. After the installation, I immediately withdrew the dispute. I asked Tom for the $500 refund and to return the PowerView. Tom said the price would deduct from the original $500 since I didn't withdraw before the job is done! I paid more than 10k and I never expected such horrible service. In short, the people in the store are unreliable or trustable. Go somewhere else!

I had an emergency- big boss coming to town to do my review and it dawned on me I never crossed new blinds off my list of things to do. Ugh! Called around to so many places then reached out to National Blinds. Liza the sales person came out to measure and gave me great suggestions to get it done within the week! She wrote up a few quotes- once I chose the one that we were going to go with 2 awesome blind installers came and did the gig within 2 hours! Needless to say- great job National Blinds! Thanks for saving me time, stress and money!

I highly recommend using National Blinds. Both family and friends. We wanted to find a place that had Hunter Douglas shades so we hired National Blinds to do a complete install Hunter Douglas shades. Israel, the owner, was upfront and clear immediately about the cost of the project. He came to our house and was able to come up with several wonderful design ideas. He also assisted us when it came to going to the actual stores to assist us in making several important decisions,. Israel monitored the progress from start to finish making sure things were moving smoothly. He also made it a point to call me to ensure that all my questions were answered. The final product was amazing. We are extremely happy and cannot recommend them enough. As a Contractor who develops the built home, I've been involved with several projects where clients have chosen National Blinds and were satisfied with their pricing, work, manner and results.
