It's the "Caterpillar turns into the beautiful Butterfly" story. We bought a wonderfully located, 3,000 sq ft wreck-of-a-house, 30 years old and simply awful. We did a "walk-through", concluded the purchase, gave the key and a budget to Renee Burns (Rooms by Renee) and returned to our other home. The criteria included massive change incorporating a modern clean look as background for our art (we collect). After 3 months we returned to a perfect turn-key environment; from new flooring to all finishes and furnishings - it was beyond all expectations. Renee has exquisite taste, professional standards, she even hired and supervised the subs to execute her designs. We just completed a gut renovation of three of our bathrooms. They came out so beautiful! Renee was very professional as were the people she hired to work on our project. She has amazing vision and is easy to work with. We are about to start the next phase of our project which is taking down walls to have an open concept, and gut renovating our kitchen, floors, and stairs. We are so excited.
