The moment she got on the job she got the wheels turning—turned my empty apartment into a home that created interest and a Buyer in a nano second. Grande Properties (GP) was instrumental in helping me sell my home. After much cajoling by my sales broker, he convinced me to invest in staging my home to counter the effects of new supply coming to market. He referred me to GP and the three of us worked in tandem to stage my home for viewings. GP did the lions share of what was a very smooth quick and painless process. GP arrived on a Monday and by the following Friday all my furniture was moved to storage and new furniture arrived. It looked GREAT! The next evening, after being listed for months, I received an attractive offer on my home. I am convinced it would not have occurred without the staging by GP. And I am amazed at how easy GP made the transition of my home into a model unit, equal to that of sales models in new condo buildings. Highly recommended. In fact, I was so impressed with the ease and knowledge of GP, I am now working with GP to assist in the interior design of my new home.

Jewell is a consummate professional. She always comes prepared with measuring tape, iPad and takes photos to make sure she gets it right unlike many stagers who are in and out in 5 minutes. I have sold properties far higher than comparable units due to her ability to make a space beautiful and also livable. People have even asked to buy the furniture. I will always call Jewell first because I know my clients are in the very best hands.

Jewell did a fantastic job staging the apartment for sale. She was able to coordinate with our broker to identify the target buyer and create a beautiful design that got a great response. She was on top of the whole process and even managed contractors that refinished our floors, painted the walls, installed a new fridge, and fixed a series of other issues. She scheduled pickup of donated furniture, and moved in and out the staging furniture without a hitch. We didn't have to anything. The end result was that we sold over our asking price. We would not have achieved that result without Jewell, and the higher price paid for the staging many times over. I will use Jewell and Grande Properties again in the future, and would recommend them without hesitation!

Jewell worked with me in staging my apartment for sale and handling every aspect of my new apartment which needed to be gutted and furnished practically from scratch. From our first meeting, Jewell was professsional, energetic and enthusiastic. She submitted a comprehensive and compelling proposal at a reasonable price. Jewell did a great job! We moved the day before Christmas and wanted to have our apartment ready for market in the new year. She and her contractors worked between the Christmas and New Year's holiday to ensure that our apartment was fixed-up, freshly painted, and all windows and floors professionally cleaned.
