We purchased a new house and wanted a water softener put in; we contacted Jesse and he was ready the day we closed. Because this was our first home, we had no idea what to expect with water softeners and what brands would be best. We had presented two ideas to him, and he gave us his honest and professional opinion. We ended up going with a completely different softener, and I'm glad we did!! He came prepared with all of the materials needed to do the job. He was courteous, quick, professional, and great to work with. We ended up running into an issue of not having an outlet in our mechanical room, and he was quick to come up with a solution and suggest other professionals in the business that might be able to help quickly.
