Founded in 2012, JBR is a relatively new company; but a company founded on deep experience. Our principals Kevin Raffler, Warren Barrow and Matt Kokan have a collective 50 years’ experience managing residential and commercial projects including custom homes, renovations, commercial projects and tenant improvements with some of British Columbia’s most prestigious construction companies, architects, and clients.
