J.D. Silver Custom Construction is committed to providing its clients with exceptional service and quality work in order to achieve their vision on time and on budget. Founder Jeremy Silver is supported by more than 15 years of experience and stellar achievements in the construction industry. His experience spans both residential and industrial construction projects and specializes in residential custom construction of small and large scale projects. Prior to founding his company, Jeremy had an extensive career working as a subdivision supervisor for Geranium Homes. Having built more than 600 townhomes and single detached houses in the Greater Toronto Area, Jeremy has honed his expertise in project management and construction know-how by closely working with leading supervisors and tradesmen in the industry. Jeremy’s understanding of clients’ needs, attention to detail, commitment to perfection and unconventional hands-on-approach during the building cycle differentiate J.D. We hired JD to renovate our kitchen. It had been nearly 25 years since our last update. It took JD 5 weeks to turn our old run down kitchen into our favourite room in our house. It’s absolutely beautiful, modern and full of features i didn’t even know to be available. JD and his team was a delight to work with from start to finish and he even took the time to teach me how to use my new coffee machine (more than once)

I hired JD Silver Custom Construction to finish my basement. I was very particular with what i wanted. From our very first sit down meeting I was upfront with my expectations and timeframe for completing my basement. JD Silver understood exactly what i wanted right from the start. His team was always on time and cleaned up at the end of every day. It took 8 weeks to get me into my man cave, complete with a 7 seat theatre with custom leather recliners and a sports themed bar.

I hired Jeremy and his team to renovate my master ensuite. His team was clean, polite and showed up on time. I was told from the start the project would be 4-6 weeks due to some custom cabinetry i wanted. And after 4 weeks of work, i had a beautiful new master ensuite. This was the first renovation i had that was done on time. One of my biggest concerns during construction was the dust from the demo. So upon completion, Jeremy even had a cleaning crew and duct cleaner come by to make sure all the construction dust was cleaned out.

I refused to agree to Mrs. Moses' demands to do electrical work that did not comply with code. I am committed to performing first-rate work in an ethical and lawful manner and my refusal to accept Mrs. Moses' demands led to an acrimonious end to our relationship.

I hired JD Silver Custom Construction to renovate my bathroom ensuite. Once the project started, Jeremy and his crew were at our house every morning, on time and without delays. They provided great advise and paid great attention to details. They were clean and were able to make adjustments when we made changes to our plans. Jeremy even spent hours looking for stone to match our counter when our supplier could not. I would recommend this contractor to anyone. He even hired a duct cleaning service after the renovation was completed.

JD Silver Custom Construction did really well during the contracting phase of our project. Everything was communicated clearly and the project both started and finished on time. The only set back was he had to come back for a few minor repairs.

I hired Jeremy Silver of JD Silver Custom Construction to do some renovations in a house I was selling. The main part of the project was to change the flooring in the dining room and kitchen. I found JD Silver to be honest, reliable, and their work was first rate. They even cleaned up better than I could have done! And within the time frame promised!! I was so impressed with Jeremy Silver and his team, that I hired them again to do some renovations in my new house. I would recommend him to anyone who needs his services. Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable and personable and delivers without disappointment.
