The team arrived early in the morning and worked steadily and without complaint through the hottest day of the year so far (92). Unfazed by the temperature, they dismantled my old, 600 pound gas furnace and hauled in the new one. They worked nicely together as a team, clearly in synch, as they carefully assembled and tested the unit. They also situated the furnace closer to the wall than it had been previously located, which provided more space in the cellar, custom fit the plumbing so it did not protrude, and even painted the pipes to give them a clean, shiny, “new car” look. Small points, perhaps, but thoughtful . The team worked well after 6PM, leaving the cellar cleaner than when they had started. I appreciated their attention to detail, friendly manner, no-pressure approach, and helpful advice in choosing the right equipment and saving money. ( Their price for the furnace was also $5,600 lower than my other bid.) I had been undecided about whether to install a new hot water heater at this time, so Mike Rae described the various options, both positive and negative - without pressure or sales pitch, and told me to just call when I had decided, which I definitely will do.

Excellent service when I needed my faucet repaired. The repairman was responsive and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a small or large plumbing project completed.

Had a problem with my furnace. Jose was my plumber who came out and gave me the bad news that I needed a new one. That was on a cold Tuesday morning not only outside but inside. He went back to the office to arrange to have someone come out and give me an estimate. Michele in the office arranged for Dereck to come out same afternoon for the estimate that we agreed upon. On Friday, Jose and John installed my new furnace which is working beautifully. All were professional and courteous.

Very professional. Came in, assessed the job, gave me a written estimate on the spot, and proceeded to do the work, even though it meant working late that day.
