Lowe's Home Improvement - East Bradenton

Stopping in Lowes for advice and thoughts is always a welcome experience. I have not been able to actually use the services because of the cost, but am waiting to have enough to be able to feel comfortable to update my appliances. They never turn me away even when I am just "shopping and wishing."

Julie was fantastic! Because of her fine arts background and experience, she was able to manipulate the very complex CAD program with ease. She was very patient with every step of the kitchen design which resulted in hours of her time. Plus, she emailed with follow-ups and changes in a timely manner. There were many samples available, and Julie patiently took the time to explain the pro's and con's of each choice. I really felt like I was dealing with a friend with my best interests in mind.

Good customer service with knowledgable employees, seemingly caring people with above average customer service. with all the locations in the area, we are always nearby and hours are good too.

My lady friend and I worked with JUlia at Lowe's East Bradenton for redesign of our kitchen. We did a complete wall to wall and floor to ceiling replacement. Julia did the complete redesign with our significant involvement. The project is near completion and we are both very excited about the results. We bought the kitchen cabinets through Lowes and some of the appliances. the project did run over budget, but only because my lady friend and I kept expanding the scope of the project.
