JLHome completed a total gut and renovation on a 4700 sq ft apartment in Boca Raton, during covid when I wasn’t able to be on site as much as I had hoped. The team made it a fun project and I was completely informed daily with photos, FT chats, phone calls, Slack, and information is easily accessible on their construction website. Selections were easy to make because of their use of technology and the expertise of the design team and the team and I enjoyed the process. The project, as extensive as it was, still was completed on schedule. The finished results are beyond my expectations and the quality is second to none. Thank you Juliano and your entire talented team of designers, office staff and construction crew. It’s a joy to come home.

JL remodeled our kitchen. Cabinet workmanship is lousy . There was no supervision during the work. Their electrician is terrible. We do not recommend Jl Projects for any luxury undertaking.

I hired JL Projects for stairs and, baseboards. They did a pretty sloppy job. The baseboard were not fitted correctly and the closet door would not close. The bull nose from the stairs game off after a few months. The company refused to take responsibility when I contacted them.

We were very pleased with our kitchen remodel and partial bath remodel. We had an idea of what we wanted the finished project to look like, and Juliano's recomendations and advice helped make the projects complete. We liked the project manager, Marciano, and his easy manner. Having a "one stop" show room helped make the project planning easier. We would definitely recommend the company........their job is complete when you are satisfied.

We did a complete renovation on our condo 2 and a half years ago - not only was it a pleasure to work with Juliano but he completed the job in three months which is unheard of - he was on site and available on the phone every day - never had to leave a message - what a pleasure that was. He has an incredible vision to what is best when renovating We are buying another condo and plan to use him again - can't wait to hear all of his idea's HE LOVES SPENDING OUR MONEY!! but we give it with pleasure We highly recommend JL HOME PROJECTS

JL Home Projects is without a doubt, the best General Contractor within Boca Raton and the surrounding area. Juliano Scherba, owner of JL Home Projects went above and beyond my expectations. I recently purchased a two bedroom condo on the ocean that was in its original condition. I interviewed several contractors and was most impressed with Juliano’s organization, professionalism, knowledge and sense of design. He helped me transform the space into an open contemporary work of art. He personally worked with me and discussed every detail of the architectural plans. Once we agreed on a price he immediately laid out the plans on a project management software tool that showed me exactly when each aspect of the project would be complete and by who. This was placed on a continuously updated Gantt Chart that was available on a secure internet site that I could access anytime. Since I live out of town this was particularly helpful and enabled me to oversee the progress in real-time. Pictures were uploaded regularly and we communicated several times a week. Juliano completed the project on time and within budget despite delays from the appliance manufacturer and cabinet maker. The workmanship is extraordinary and the condo is absolutely stunning. I could not be happier with the results and I highly recommend JL Home Projects.

The work was scheduled and completed on time and as promised. We are very happy with the end product and would recommend JL Home Projects for any project, large or small.

The coordination between tile workers, electricians, the shower glass company, carpenters, painters, plumbers, and drywallers can only be described as remarkable.
