I purchased an untouched 1970's rancher as my retirement home in the hopes of renovating it into a home I could be comfortable in and proud of. Villa Buildings, Inc. helped me realize my dream. The best part for me was that Villa Builders, Inc. had a total understanding of my design idea of taking an outdated rancher and creating a "Craftsman" feel. With their knowledge, experience and patience I was able to stay on budget and finish the project in a timely manner. Most important is the quality of workmanship evident throughout the project.

Commented: awesome lookThank you! Porch surface is tongue and groove mahogany. Columns and face of porch are cedar, as well as the beams. The roof rafters are southern yellow pine--roofing decking is fir.
