As the owner of Brantner Coatings, I have been in the waterproofing, deck coating, and outdoor surface protection and beautification field for over 25 years. Throughout that time I have attained a status as an industry leader in the waterproofing trade. Brantner Coatings is a small but efficient company with experience in: single family residences, commercial buildings, parking structures, and all types of home owners associations (condos, apt., etc). Brantner Coatings repaired and resurfaced our specially-coated deck. John and crew were professional and efficient, and even came back to re-do the final coat when the original product didn’t behave as expected. The deck today is still in perfect condition! This review is long overdue, but we would hire Brantner Coatings again in an instant.

We recently hired Brantner to cover three decks of our home with the UPI Urethane System. Not only did they do an excellent job, but their professionalism made them very much a pleasure to work with and have at our home during the construction process. Brantner Coatings provided a competitive quote for our stair rebuild / water proofing project. They started when they said they would. After getting into the project, they discovered more damage than they anticipated, but they handled it very professionally and responsibly. In spite of the additional work required, the completed the job within a couple days of the original estimate. The completed job looks great and performed well during the recent heavy rains! I would highly recommend them for complex waterproofing/coating jobs.

My patio area came out beautiful. I chose the mixture of colors to use. Areas that needed a little extra attention, were taken care of as well. I am sorry that I waited this long to have it done. Now I can enjoy setting outside in the evenings and during the day and enjoy my patio. I now have an outside setting that looks like it belongs on the cover of "Outdoor Living". Thank You "Brantner Coatings" for doing such a great job.

I had John waterproof my back upstairs deck and he did a fabulous job! He had to remove and replace some of the rotted wood which occurred over the years and it all worked out great. John is very conscientious, takes pride in his work, and is very reasonable in what he charges.

This small family business is focused on quality from start to finish, that includes the materials, the process, and most importantly customer service! I can't explain what a mistake it would be to hire anyone else!
