Pacific Dreamscapes is a Landscape and Water Feature design and build company. We started in 1998 and have been creating customs landscapes ever since. Owner Robert Kramer graduated in 2000 at Cuyamaca College with an A.S. in Ornamental Horticulture. We provide honest and friendly service and we stand by our work.
