Nagy Bros Windows

I had a Milgard 10'x5' window installed and supplied by Nagy Bros in November 2016. The installer was first class. For some reason the two screens were either not shipped or misplaced. At the time I took this to be a minor back order item. The back ordered screens did not show up until late spring 2017 and were left at our back door without notice. I tried to install them, but as they would not fit I referred it back to Nagy Bros. They arranged to send out their employee tomeasure and then modify the screens back at the shop. Approx a week later the screens were left at the front door, without notice. They did not fit. Upon a follow up call they sent out the same employee. He tried to fit them and concluded he hadn't shaved off enough, which required another trip back to the shop. At this point, it was made it very clear to him, how disappointed and unhappy we were with what was taking place. After no contact for about a week, I followed up with an e- mail to Nagy Bros., of which too date l have yet to receive a response. Aprox. 3 1/2 weeks ago I contacted Milgard's customer service in the US and explainied my experience. They immediately agreed to ship me a set of screens free of charge. These screens were at my door within 2 1/2 weeks, and fit perfectly. The Milgard factory certainly displayed an excellent no quibble service which immediately aimed to set things right. Obviously I will not be useing Nagy Bros for my ongoing window upgrade program. I will however be useing Milgard widows as the ones we have, have proven to be excellent.

I used Nagy Bros. windows for renovation project.. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Windows were delivered and installed without any issues.. I would recommend them to anyone doing new or renovation windows..
