Leslie Sapp made it easy for us to design our home from scratch, he has over 30 years experience and tries so hard to save money while building efficient homes that will last. We have built 4 homes in the past and this one is by far the best in quality, price, and aesthetics. He has a team of subcontractors that go beyond the call of duty, they are dedicated to quality and are proud of their workmanship. We selected Mr. Sapp as the contractor to build our retirement home near Trenton. Having no knowledge about the process of building a house, we wanted a contractor with experience and one that we trusted. Leslie was there for us from beginning to end. He worked with us through the planning phase, making all of the adjustments that we wished to make to our original plan. He gave advice and made suggestions, but we always had the final say. Our house was built while we were still living 3 hours away. He communicated almost daily either by phone or e-mail. We often met with him on weekends to view progress and make decisions. Leslie demands quality from all those who do work for him. He will settle for nothing else. The result…a quality product! The house was completed on time and we could not be more pleased!
