RC Interior Design Group, Inc. is a commercial interior deign firm based in Phoenix, Arizona. We have been a staple in the multi-family, student housing and assisted living market niches for over 25 years. We have worked with developers both local and out of state on over 200 large-scale commercial properties. Our list of clients includes Mark-Taylor Residential, Sueba USA, JPI Partners, IPA Partners, and Zaremba Group, to name a few. We are a full-service firm and pride ourselves on being involved from the inception/development stages of a project through final FF&E installation.

Our projects are usually based on two separate contracts. The first is our Design Fee Contract. That is a flat rate determined by the scope of work required for the project. The second is a Purchasing Contract. That is for all furniture, finishes (FF&E) items which we will be purchasing/delivering. Those totals combined create the overall project budget.
