Lowder New Homes

We are building a home now with Lowder, they have been attentive and on top of the entire process. We can't wait to move into our new home next month and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood. Thanks so much to Suzanne, Elizabeth and William!

All the Lowder employees, Suzanne in sales, Elizabeth in design center, and Chad-our builder were a pleasure to work with. We were provided updates and information during the entire building process.

We purchased our home just by looking at a floor plan on paper and a lot that was just trees. We loved working with Suzanne and William to bring our new home to life. They were both very extremely responsive and easy to work with. Their crews works tirelessly to make deadlines and we were very impressed!

We built a home with Lowder and it was the best experience. They made the entire process painless and fun. Any questions or issues we have are handled immediately. We love our new home and would use them again in the future.

We were prepared to build a new Lowder Home in Woodland Creek. Moving from Ohio we would of had to be on rent during the process. We got very blessed and a two month old home became available. The owner had to sell. It was the very model we were going to build, with many upgrades. It was more than what we were spending originally but the value and beauty of our home surpasses what we were going to build. Working with Suzanne was a wonderful experience and our Lowder Home fits all our needs and desires.
